Supportive Housing Eligibility Criteria:

- A documented diagnosis of a major mental illness
- People who express an interest in independent living
- People who have some understanding of their own mental illness
- For enhanced supportive housing: person must be at risk of homelessness and/or state hospitalization
- Hunterdon County Residents
