ARRIVE Together
A Compassionate Response to Behavioral Health Crises

When someone is experiencing a behavioral health crisis, the right response can make all the difference.

ARRIVE Together stands for Alternative Responses to Reduce Instances of Violence and Escalation. This statewide initiative of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, coordinated through its Office of Alternative and Community Responses, brings law enforcement and mental health professionals together to support people experiencing behavioral health crises.

At Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services, ARRIVE Together reflects our commitment to compassionate, community-based care. Through this program, trained law enforcement partners and mental health professionals work collaboratively to:

  • De-escalate crises
  • Provide immediate support
  • Connect individuals and families to care
  • Reduce unnecessary hospitalization
  • Help prevent avoidable involvement in the criminal justice system
