Hudson County ARRIVE Together
A Follow-Up Response Model

Bridgeway’s Bridgeway’s Hudson County ARRIVE Together program provides follow-up support to individuals after a behavioral health crisis involving law enforcement.

Bridgeway clinicians respond to law enforcement referrals for individuals who may benefit from behavioral health services, continued support or connections to community resources.

The goal is to provide timely outreach, reduce the likelihood of another crisis and help individuals and families access appropriate community-based care.

How the Hudson County Team Helps

The team may provide:

  • Follow-up support after a law enforcement referral
  • Behavioral health assessment and crisis support
  • De-escalation assistance
  • Connections to mental health and behavioral health services
  • Connections to community resources
  • Continued support after the initial crisis
  • Assistance accessing care before a situation escalates

How It Works

Law enforcement responds to the immediate crisis. When appropriate, a referral is made to Bridgeway’s ARRIVE Together team.

A Bridgeway mental health professional then contacts the individual to assess their needs, provide support and connect them to appropriate services. Continued follow-up may be provided based on the individual’s needs.
