As we build capacity and customize a permanent location for the Bridgeway Center for Integrated Behavioral Health Care (CIBHC) in Hudson County, the list of services provided will gradually expand. We will be providing same day/rapid access to mental health services and substance use services for children, adolescents and adults, along with primary health care screening, case management and care coordination. Beginning on October 4th 2021, we will be able to provide all services at our temporary location with the exception of substance use treatment services and services to adolescents and children aged 15 and under, who will be linked with one of the CIBHC’s partnering providers. Eventually, all CIBHC services will be provided in a single location, creating a "one-stop" opportunity for residents of Hudson County to access care for the whole family. The multidisciplinary CIBHC team will comprehensively assess all individuals presenting for services. Once an individual's needs are determined, treatment will be provided, including linkages and referrals for recommended courses of treatment to be provided by the CIBHC or by one of the CIBHC's partnering providers.
Services provided through the Hudson County CIBHC and partnering providers include:
Walk-ins are encouraged during CIBHC hours of operation, which are Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am-6pm. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and many third party insurers. Individuals who have no insurance will be seen, and no one is ever turned away based on ability to pay. We also provide assistance in paying for medication for those who are not able to pay, and we will refer individuals to prescription assistance programs so they have a way to pay for their medications going forward. We also will provide bus and light rail passes as needed to individuals to assist them in getting to their appointments, while at the same time referring individuals to transportation programs so they can receive this assistance on an ongoing basis. Many of our staff are bi-lingual Spanish speaking, and additionally we have a language line available so no one will ever be turned away due to language.
