As we build capacity and customize a permanent location for Bridgeway's Center for Integrated Behavioral Health Care (CIBHC) in Hudson County, the list of services provided will gradually expand. Currently, in our temporary location, the following services can be provided:

  • Same day/rapid access to mental health services for individuals aged 16 and up
  • Same/day rapid access to substance use services for individuals aged 16 and up via telehealth, with referrals made to one of our collaborating partners for Medication-Assisted Treatment
  • Case management services for individuals aged 16 and up
  • physical health screenings for individuals aged 16 and up with referrals made to one of our collaborating partners for medical follow up services
  • Care coordination for individuals aged 16 and up

Once we are in our new and permanent location, our multidisciplinary team will be able to provide all these services for individuals younger than 16 and across the entire developmental lifespan and will also be able to provide medication-assisted treatment for primary substance use in our permanent location. Being able to provide all these services in a single location will create a "one-stop shopping" opportunity for residents of Hudson County to access care for the whole family.
